A python with skin that sparkles like a rainbow in the sunlight at a zoo in California attracted public attention after its image was posted online.

The python named “MyLove” brings enchantment to anyone who sees it. “MyLove” lives at the Fountain Valley Reptile Zoo, California, USA. It became famous after a video of the zoo manager holding it in sunlight was posted on Instagram, Fox News said.

Under the influence of sunlight, the python’s skin becomes sparkling with beautiful rainbow colors. Since being posted to Instagram last week, the python video has attracted more than 31,735 likes.

Many Instagram users have used words like “beautiful” and “gorgeous” to describe this python’s sparkling skin.

Jay Brewer, founder of the reptile zoo, told Fox News that MyLove, the python kept at the zoo , has a genetic combination of a Southeast Asian reticulated python and a Burmese golden python , which is what helps its skin. It became sparkling in rainbow colors under the light.

“It’s a super cute python. Its gentleness is one of the best I have ever seen,” Mr. Brewer said.

The zoo manager added that this is not the first time MyLove the python has appeared online. Anytime someone posts a photo of it online, it gets a lot of attention.

“It is probably one of the most famous pythons in the world,” Mr. Brewer said.
